When will I receive my order?

Custom Metal Art Products: Currently Ships to USA Only

Order processing time: 7-10 business days

Delivery Time: 3-5 business days after the order is shipped.

Jewelry Products: Ships Worldwide

Order processing time: 3-5 business days

Delivery Time after your order is shipped: USA: 5-10 business days, Canada: 5-20 business days, UK and most of EU: 5-15 business days, Australia and New Zealand: 5-20 business days, Rest of the World: 5-20 business days.

**Shipping times are working days not calendar days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link with shipment number will be sent to you via email with the shipping confirmation. You can also track your order on https://17track.net/en

I didn't receive my order.

Please make sure you have tracked your order from our tracking page first. If you don't have tracking details, you can always reach us via our contact us page.

What is your return policy?

Here at Metal Smiles, we strive to deliver you the best in quality and value. We only accept returns for the reasons below:

1. If we have sent you a wrong product

2. If you have received the product in damaged condition

We are happy to take back the product for these reasons and issue you a full refund of your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Exceptions: Please note that we do not accept returns for personalized/ custom products. However, if you have received a wrong or a damaged product, we will provide you with a free one time replacement of the product.
